SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping times can depend on the item and time of year.
Most of the items available are made to order and each piece is a little different on time. Generally most items are shipped within a week.
I do like to ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. If you need an item sooner, I recommend leaving a note in the order or contacting me directly. I cannot promise anything but I will do my best to accommodate orders with time limits on them.

All items are shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE
North America (U.S.A. & Canada) 1-5 business days
Europe & Oceania 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else Varies due to global situations (ex. Covid-19)
but typically 2-4 weeks
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a sole proprietor, I personally handcraft most items to order, and being a small business, my inventory/back-stock is limited. Therefore, I adhere to a policy of not accepting exchanges or returns unless the item is received damaged or defective. I strongly advise thoroughly reading item descriptions, as I diligently list sizes, product materials, and other pertinent details for each item.
For order cancellations, I require notification within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the order being fulfilled and shipped within the standard timeframe.
Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, I reserve the right to consider returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you find yourself in a situation that warrants such consideration, please reach out to me through the provided contact form, explaining the circumstances.

Please note that certain items, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes custom or personalized orders.
In the event of a return, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition to avoid any loss in value. For exchanges, the replacement item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
