SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times can depend on the item and time of year.
Most of the items available are made to order and each piece is a little different on time. Generally most items are shipped within a week.
I do like to ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. If you need an item sooner, I recommend leaving a note in the order or contacting me directly. I cannot promise anything but I will do my best to accommodate orders with time limits on them.

Below are typical shipping times based on destination.
All items are shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE
North America (U.S.A. & Canada) 1-5 business days
Europe & Oceania 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else Varies due to global situations (ex. Covid-19)
but typically 2-4 weeks
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a one woman show, I make most things to order and as a small business my inventory/back-stock is not excessive.
With this in mind I do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. I recommend throughly reading item descriptions. I list sizes, product materials, and other details that pertain to each item.
With that I understand that sometimes crazy things happen, so I do reserve the right to go case by case in review on whether I can accept returns or exchanges. Simply send me a contact form explaining the situation.
With that here is our policy on return/exchange times
Contact me within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 3 days of contacting me
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. With this in mind please pack your return carefully.
*Exchanges must be of equal or less value to original purchase.
